Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a healing system with over two thousand years of experience from China and the Far East. It involves inserting very fine needles into specific points on the body — called acupuncture points — to stimulate nerves and muscles and encourage the body’s natural healing response.
This approach works to rebalance the body’s flow of energy, focusing not just on treating symptoms but on maintaining overall health. Many patients report a sense of well-being alongside improvements in their specific concerns.
During your initial consultation, the acupuncturist will take a detailed health history and choose the points most appropriate for your individual needs. The number of sessions varies depending on the nature and duration of your condition. While some patients notice improvements after the first treatment, others may benefit from two or three sessions, as the effects are often cumulative.
Acupuncture is a gentle, holistic approach that supports your body’s own healing — promoting health, balance, and well-being.
