IMPORTANT NEWS – Please note that from the 19th July 2021, it will still be compulsory to wear a mask on entering our clinics, unless exempt.
We are delighted to say we are now open to offer face to face Osteopathy, Massage, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Pilates and Yoga, Naturopathy, Foot Health and Chiropody.
Your safety, and the safety of our team is of the greatest importance to us.
Our vigorous protocols are in line with Government, Public Health England and our governing body.
Please read this to prepare yourself for a different experience with us, but still the same great treatments.
- Practitioners will be in full protective clothing (This is known as PPE kit ) including gloves, apron and mask. Please check out our Facebook page to see what we might look like, so you know what to expect.
- Our reception team are behind a glass screen.
- We will screen everyone prior to treatments to ensure you or your household are showing no signs or symptoms of COVID-19.
- All contact areas will be fully disinfected between patients. To allow for this there will be less of our usual comforts such as towels and covers.
- We will ask people not to arrive early to reduce the need to use the waiting room.
- We ask for patients to come to the clinic with a mask or face covering to wear whilst inside. If you attend without a mask, we have them for sale for £1
- There will be extra time between appointments to allow for the proper cleaning protocol to take place and to reduce patient cross over.
