Serena White

Serena discovered her passion for soft tissue therapy at a young age, and it has guided her path ever since. An avid runner from childhood, she first experienced the frustration of injury when shin splints halted her training at just 13 years old. Faced with the prospect of surgery, she sought the help of a skilled massage therapist an experience that not only eased her pain but inspired a lifelong fascination with how the body heals. Thanks to that early experience, Serena went on to run marathons and embrace endurance sports with renewed joy.
In 2017, Serena qualified with a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy from the London School of Sports Massage, equipping her with a wide range of advanced techniques some of which include myofascial release, soft tissue release, muscle energy techniques. She has since qualified in dry needling, Pregnancy Massage and Indian Head Massage. Offering treatments that can be carried out lying down (front, back, or side-lying) or seated always tailored to comfort and need.
Serena also integrates Craniosacral Therapy into her sessions, a gentle yet deeply restorative approach that supports the nervous system and can help release long-held tension or trauma. She continues her training in this field and has already seen transformative results for clients seeking a calmer, more balanced state of wellbeing.
Having worked with clients aged from 11 to 98, Serena brings experience and empathy to every treatment. Whether supporting someone with a musculoskeletal injury, chronic tension, or simply the need to relax, she believes in a person-centred approach because no two bodies, or stories, are the same.
