Kirstin Holmes-Evans, M.Ost
Kirstin graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a Masters degree in Osteopathy. After graduating Kirstin moved in Melbourne Australia, where is worked in large multi disciplinary clinics working with a range of different patients, from sports teams to elderly. She enjoyed becoming part of the community and getting to know all members of the family of the patients she was treating. While she was there she trained in Dry Needling which she has found to be complimentary with Osteopathy and is beneficial for many different patients.
Kirstin enjoys treating all types of musculoskeletal conditions with hands on treatment along with exercise, especially postural and movement related injuries.
She has undertaken further study in Paediatric Osteopathy, where she graduated from the UCO with a Postgraduate Certificate in Paediatric Osteopathy, and has a particular interest in how Osteopathic care can help babies and children
She is keen to helps patients develop an understanding of their bodies and injury with advice on what they can do outside of treatment to overcome their pain or injury.
Kirstin is a keen triathlete , so when not at work is often found exploring on her bike , running or in the pool. She also loves to travel so is always looking for new places to visit.
