I began practicing yoga over 10 years ago, initially seeing it
mainly as a form of exercise. Yes, it made my body feel good
– but I was only vaguely aware of its deeper benefits.

 

It wasn’t until a challenging time in my life that I discovered
the true healing potential of yoga. As I deepened my practice,
I began to experience a peace in body and mind that I had
never known before. Training as a yoga teacher allowed me to
connect more deeply again with the transformative beauty
and power of yoga.

 

It is now my wish to share the same gift of yoga with you.
