Pilates with Nicola Conway

We now run a fully equipped Pilates rehab studio from our Queen Charlotte Street practice. Soul Pilates is run by Nicola Conroy, a Comprehensive Polestar Pilates Practitioner, who uses Pilates and movement science as a way of continuing rehabilitation through improved posture and alignment.

Soul Pilates offers 1:1 sessions on the Pilates equipment - Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair and Ladder Barrel which all support the body when learning improved strategies for movement.  

There are mat work and Pilates equipment classes throughout the week. Lunchtime classes are 45 minutes and evening classes 55 minutes.

Sean Richards

Sean Richards has been working as a Personal Trainer since 1993. For the last 8 years he has been providing personal training from his own private gym at Sneyd Park Osteopaths. Large enough to train one or two people at a time, this is an ideal facility from which to offer private individual exercise sessions.
